Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• Australia – Standard: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Australia – Express: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: usually 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and public holidays. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs (Australia)

• Standard: $5.99, or FREE on orders $50 and over
• Express: $15.00

International shipping is $20.00 flat. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show its first update after you receive your shipping email — that's normal.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email voltxsupport1@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund it.
