These terms apply to your use of voltxparts.store and any purchase from VOLTX. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and fitment

We sell aftermarket accessories and parts for electric dirt bikes such as Sur-Ron and Talaria. VOLTX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sur-Ron, Talaria or any bike manufacturer; brand and model names are used only to describe fitment. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly.

Installation and use

Some parts require mechanical knowledge to install. If you're unsure, have a qualified mechanic fit them. You're responsible for making sure your bike and any modifications are safe and comply with the laws where you ride. Many electric dirt bikes are not road-legal in Australia; it is your responsibility to ride legally and safely and to wear appropriate protective gear. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or injury resulting from improper installation or use.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing or listing error. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our Returns & Refunds page for how we handle returns.

Discount codes

Discount and creator codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
